Find your way around the Help Center
The guides, topics and pictures in the Help Center, how to get there, and the copies your AI app can read.
EveryoneFor: Anyone
When you're done, you know where to find a guide and how to use one.
Who this is for: everyone. You don't need an account or a plan to read the guides.
Get there
- On the website's main pages and in the guides: Help Center at the bottom of the page.
- In your dashboard: Help in the menu, then the Help Center card.
- Or go straight to www.chirpbuilder.com/help.
The Help Center home
- How can we help? Search the guides (1): see Search the Help Center.
- Start with these: six guides most people need first (2).
- Browse by topic: every topic, like Connect your AI (OpenRouter) or Publish and share, with how many guides it has. A topic page lists its guides with a line about each.
A guide
- The pictures are from the real app. Blue outlines and numbers (1, 2, 3) match the numbers in the text. Click a picture to see it larger.
- On this page jumps to a part of the guide, on wide screens when the guide has more than one part. Point at a heading and click the link icon next to it: the address bar then has a link to that part.
- The plan labels under the title say which plans the guide is for, and For says who: the account owner, a workspace admin, an editor, a viewer, visitors, students or anyone.
- Related guides at the end, and Checked against the app on with the date the guide was last checked.
- Still stuck? links to the Help page in your dashboard, where you can ask us: see Ask us for help. On guides for students and visitors, it says to ask the person who runs the course or the Chirp.
Copies for your AI app
Each guide is also plain text for AI apps and tools:
- One guide: add
.mdto its address, likehttps://www.chirpbuilder.com/help/start-here/dashboard.md. - The list of guides:
https://www.chirpbuilder.com/llms.txt. - Every guide in one file:
https://www.chirpbuilder.com/llms-full.txt.
Give one of these to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app so it can answer from the guides. They can take up to 5 minutes to show a change to a guide.
Good to know
- The guides cover what's in the app today. A feature that's still being built has no guide yet.
- There's no comment or rating on guides. To tell us something's wrong, use Ask us.
