Terms of Service
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the Chirps you publish, including what they say to visitors.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for illegal content, spam, harassment or to mislead people. We may pause accounts that break these rules.
Plans
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. All three plans include unlimited messages. No credits, no meters, no top-ups.
Fair use
Unlimited is truly unlimited for normal use, including busy public Chirps. If an account's usage on the Standard or Pro plan is far beyond normal in a month, we may switch its Chirps to a lighter model, and in extreme cases pause them, until the month resets. We'll let you know when this happens. The Chirp Builder Own Key plan uses your own OpenRouter key and is not limited by us; visitor rate limits still apply to all plans.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes by email.
