Analytics across all your workspaces
Compare every workspace in one report, with each client's activity, AI cost and models, and the leads from every Chirp and Collection.
When you're done, you can compare all your workspaces (one per client) in one report: their activity, what their AI cost, and the leads they collected.
Who can see this: the account owner on Business, with two or more workspaces. Team members don't see it.
Open it
- Open Analytics while one of your own workspaces is open.
- At the top, click All workspaces. The other button, "This workspace:" and its name, shows the report of the workspace you're in. The page opens on that one each time.
- Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months. "Your plan shows up to 12 months of history."
The totals
- Conversations, Messages and Visitors (estimate) ("Counted per Chirp").
- Leads from every lead form.
- OpenRouter cost ("All workspaces, all keys"), whichever key paid.
- Active workspaces, for example "2 of 3" ("With chats in this range").
Below them, a chart per day of messages, conversations, visitors or cost across all workspaces, or Show as table.
Workspaces compared
One row per workspace, busiest first, quiet ones with zeros: Conversations, Messages, Visitors, Leads, Conversion (leads divided by visitors), Cost, Share of cost and Last 7 days: the messages of the last 7 days, and the change against the 7 days before (▲ or ▼ and a percentage, "New" or "No change").
- CSV (1) downloads the table.
- Click a workspace's name (2) to open its own report, "the same one its clients and team see". See Analytics for your Chirps.
AI models and cost by workspace
The models each workspace's Chirps used, with messages and cost. CSV downloads it. Use it with See what your Chirps cost to bill clients for their AI.
Leads by campaign
Each Chirp or Collection that collected leads, with its workspace, Leads and Want updates (leads who ticked the "updates" box). CSV downloads it.
How it's counted
- "Only your own workspaces are included." Workspaces other people shared with you aren't.
- "Cost here leaves out preview chats in the builder, so it can be lower than the workspace reports." Preview chats in the builder (yours and your team's) aren't counted as messages, conversations or visitors anywhere.
- Activity follows the workspace each Chirp is in now: move a Chirp, and its history moves to its new workspace's row. Leads stay with the workspace they were collected in.
- "Chirps handed over to a client leave these reports with their history."
- Paused workspaces are included.
- Days follow UTC: Last 7 days means today and the 6 days before.
- CSV files are named after the table and today's date, for example "Workspaces 2026-10-27.csv".
If you don't see All workspaces
The button shows only on Business, with at least two workspaces, while one of your own workspaces is open. In a workspace shared with you, you see that workspace's report only.
