The Leads page and exporting leads
See everyone who filled in your lead forms, search them, download them as a spreadsheet, and delete one.
When you're done, you have your leads in a spreadsheet, or you've found the one you need.
Who can see it: the account owner, workspace admins and viewers. Editors don't. Deleting a lead and Send again: the owner and workspace admins.
The page
Open Leads in the menu. Each lead shows:
- Name and Email.
- From: the Chirp or Collection whose form they filled in.
- Wants updates: whether they ticked the updates box.
- Captured: when, and "(×2)" if they sent the form more than once.
- Sent on: how many destinations got them, such as "Sent (2)". When one failed, it shows "1 failed" (2) instead, with the reason when you hover over it.
Search by name or email, or pick one Chirp or Collection to see only its leads.
Download them
Click Download CSV (1). The spreadsheet has the leads you're looking at, with name, email, source and its type, whether they want updates, how many times they sent the form, and when they were first and last captured. "Only contact people about what they asked for, unless they ticked "updates". The CSV keeps that column."
Delete a lead
Click the bin and confirm: "This can't be undone." It's removed from Chirp Builder only, not from your email service or your Zap.
Send again
When a lead failed to reach a destination, click Send again next to it.
How long leads are kept
As long as your account is active, also when you delete the Chirp or Collection they came from. If it was a trial that ended without a plan, they're deleted with everything else after the 7-day export week. A workspace with leads can't be deleted until you've downloaded and deleted them. The page, and so the CSV, has the newest 10,000 leads.
