Arrange a Collection's page and its Chirps

Put a Collection's Chirps in order, take some off, choose a grid or a list, set its color, or delete it.

CreatorBusinessAcademyFor: Account owner, Workspace admin, Editor

When you're done, the Collection's page shows its Chirps the way you want.

Who can do this: on the Creator, Business and Academy plans, the account owner and workspace admins and editors. Deleting a Collection: the owner and workspace admins.

Order and remove Chirps

In the Collection's editor, Chirps on the page lists them in the order visitors see them. Use the arrows to move a Chirp up (1) or down, and the X to take it off the page (2). Removing a Chirp here doesn't delete it. Click Save.

Change the order (1) or take a Chirp off the page (2).

A row says when visitors don't see a Chirp: "Draft, so visitors don't see it until it's published" or "Archived, so visitors don't see it". A Chirp with an access code does show, with "Access code needed" on its card.

The look

In The page:

  • Show the Chirps as: Cards in a grid or A list.
  • Brand color: used for the Open links, the lead form's button, and a card's border when the pointer is on it. Default uses the workspace's color.

The page also takes the workspace's public branding (name or logo, theme, font): see Public branding and white label. Click Save; visitors see it straight away.

Delete a Collection

Click Delete Collection and confirm: "Its Chirps stay; only this page goes away." Its lead form goes with it. Leads it already collected stay on the Leads page.

Good to know

  • Visitors see each Chirp's published name, description and picture, which can differ from what's in the editor until you publish.
  • A paused Chirp still shows on the page; visitors who open it see "This Chirp is taking a short break. Please check back later."
  • Chirps behind a password, invitations or an email sign-in aren't marked on the cards; visitors are asked when they open them.
