# Public branding and white label

> Give every public page in a workspace your name, logo, colors, theme and font, and on Business remove the Chirp Builder name altogether.

When you're done, your Chirps' pages look like your brand.

**Who can do this:** on the Creator, Business and Academy plans, the account owner. In a workspace
shared with you, workspace admins can too.

## Set it up

1. Open **Settings**. If you have more than one workspace, switch to the one you want to brand first.
2. In **Public branding**, fill in what you need:
   - **Business or brand name** and **Logo** (**Upload**, **Replace** or **Remove**)
   - **Brand color** (**Default** removes it)
   - **Theme:** Light, Dark, or Match the visitor's device
   - **Font:** Modern, Friendly or Classic
   - **Corners:** Rounded or Square
   - **Show visitors their earlier chats beside the chat:** turn it off for a simpler, single-chat page.
Visitors then get a **New chat** button at the top instead of the list.
   - **Hide "Made with Chirp Builder" on all pages**

![The Public branding card in Leo's Settings: the name Leo's Bike Workshop, Logo, an orange brand color, Theme, Font Friendly, Corners, the earlier-chats switch, the badge switch, Full white label (Business plan) and a preview.](https://mjmtbasmrtksluvlnema.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/help-media/web-optimized/publishing/public-branding/SS-PUB-050-01__public-branding__creator__detail__v01.webp?v=3f51dddd5f)

3. Check the preview at the bottom of the card, then click **Save branding**. "Branding saved. Your
public pages use it now." There's nothing to publish.

## Where it shows

Everywhere visitors see this workspace: its Chirps' chat pages, chats on your website, Collection pages,
your domain's home page, and the sign-in, lead form and "taking a break" cards. Academy pages have their
own look, set in the Academy.

- A Chirp's own brand color wins over the workspace color.
- The preview in the editor doesn't show it. Click **Open public page** to check.
- Each workspace has its own branding, so you can give each client their own look.

## White label

On the Business plan, **Full white label** removes the Chirp Builder name, icon and mascot from every page
visitors see in that workspace:

- The browser tab shows your logo, or your initials.
- Chirps without a picture show your logo, or your initials.
- Emails with sign-in codes come from your brand name (or the Chirp's name, if you haven't set one).
- The badge is hidden on every page, and "taking a break" pages have no link to Chirp Builder.

Ideal for a client's workspace. Its Chirps also stay off your public profile. On Creator and Academy, the
switch is locked.

## If your plan changes

Below Creator, public branding stops showing. Below Business, white label stops, though the badge stays
hidden and the workspace's Chirps stay off your profile until you turn white label off. Your settings
stay saved for when you're back.

## If it doesn't work

- **"The display name can be up to 80 characters"**
- **"Brand color must look like #2563eb"**
- **"Upload the logo again"**
