# Analytics for your Chirps

> See conversations, messages, visitors, cost and errors for your Chirps, by day and by Chirp.

When you're done, you know how much your Chirps are used and what they cost.

**Who can see this:** everyone in the workspace, viewers included. Cost and the CSV need the account to be
on a plan.

## The page

Open **Analytics** in the menu (or **See analytics** on the dashboard).

- **Conversations**, **Messages**, **Visitors (estimate)**, **OpenRouter cost** and **Errors** (visitor
  messages that got no answer).
- A chart per day of any of them, or **Show as table**.
- Choose **Last 7 days** or **Last 30 days**, and on bigger plans **Last 90 days** and **Last 12 months**.
  Your plan shows up to 30, 90 or 365 days of history.

## By Chirp

Every Chirp in the workspace, with its conversations, messages, visitors, cost, errors and when it was
last used (ever, not only in the range). **CSV** downloads the table.

## How things are counted

- **Messages:** answered replies to visitors. Your own preview chats aren't counted, but the cost
  includes them, because OpenRouter charges for them.
- **Visitors:** an estimate: one browser is one visitor per Chirp, and no personal details are kept.
- **Cost:** what OpenRouter reported, or an estimate.
- **Errors** include messages turned away by a limit, or because the workspace is outside your plan. Messages to a Chirp you paused aren't counted.
- **Days** run in UTC.
